"Dr. was 55 minutes late to my appointment. The nursing staff did not let me know that he was running behind. I came out of my room after 40 minutes to inquire about the delay and the nursing staff just said "he was on call and running behind, he's coming". When the Dr. arrived, he called me by two different names. He did not even know what patient he was seeing.... Very disappointed in this office and the way they handle things. Will be looking for a new Dr.s office to work with. Three strikes and you're out."
