After trying several times to get my initial blood test results discussed with the person in charge without success; today, the person at front desk implied that I am a liar for saying that I never received a call or text back. That assumption is not only disrespectful, but also, nonsense; I was obviously interested in receiving this type of treatment. So, after 3 weeks of my initial consultation and blood test sample day, the discussion and possible treatment plan never occurred. I would definitely not recommend these place, as their actions reflect their professionalism, and I can not imagine how they would handle a complication or any adverse outcome from the treatment they offer."
