"They are great here. Came in with my son for asthma having shortness of breath and chest tightening. They took him straight back and got to checking him right away. In and out in 45 minutes. Covid, flu, and strep test all done also right away!"
"I worked as an employee. Yes they look at Patients as just another number. It’s tragic & unfortunate. They really don’t care about employees as well. I felt like another cog in the machine. I was getting called to the office or approached by a lead at least twice a week. I was verbally abused every day & seemed like Kelly services & LPG did not care for employees which is Ironic cause during my orientation they stated MULTIPLE times that employees are the most important however every time I tried to bring up an issue or felt abused they dismissed my complaints & told me to be a better employee. On one instance I was told that I was basically being timed everytime I left my phone. And eventually I was approached by a lead/supervisor & told that I was using the bathroom too much. (I went twice that day) The management was very poor & disappointing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to other places because the manager & CEO could care less. It’s just another dollar in their pocket."
"Worst experience ever , my doctor was great , however, everything else was painful. I went for an appointment and requested refills, I take four medications 4. It was those 4 I needed refills for. I was in the parking lot and was reviewing my medreconciliation paper and saw that they had not been refilled but the one I had explicitly said I did not need because it was for an an acute injury was. I have called and left four messages none have which have been returned . I left the medication with the pharmacist I did not need. I have spoken to the rudest medical assistant CAROLINE OR CAROLYN , who should seek a course in communication and kindness, or perhaps better yet find a career with rocks."
"I had my records faxed to the cape coral office 4 times before they finally got them. I have never had a problem faxing them from any other office. It took two weeks to get sorted. I just moved to Florida from Vermont as a last minute emergency. I needed an obgyn RIGHT AWAY! After all of that, they refused to take me because of a medication I am on, which they knew about from day one and wasted all of my time for nothing. The staff I spoke to on the phone were very rude. Once they refused me, I decided to go in for my records instead of risking any more lost time on faxing errors. The women at the front desk was NOT friendly what so ever. I brought them to another office which was far away and they called the next day and refused me. So i called Lee Physicians office to see if they still had a copy of my records. After 20 mins on hold, the women told me they did and that i could come get a second copy, since the other office i brought them into the last time was so far away for me. I went it and had a huge argument with the nasty lady at the front desk (same one as before). I explained that I spoke with someone on the phone about it and she said she wasn't even going to check, because she already gave me a copy and said that she knows that no one from their office would have sent me back for another copy. So basically called me a liar. HORRIBLE customer service. This office NEVER called me back when they said they would during this whole ordeal. I had to call and be put on hold every single time, and all for nothing! A different person called me from this office a few days later and started asking questions about my pregnancy again. Same questions I went through in the beginning. Then asked for my records to be sent! So I then explained that they already refused me and she didn't even know . Very unorganized. She was nice enough to direct me to the office in Fort Myers, which is a high risk facility and they have agreed to take me. So far, their other office isn't doing much better. They told me 48 hrs at most before I would get an answer on whether they could accept me or not. I waited the 48, with no call. I called them and she said that it could take another 24 hrs because they didn't file my records until a day later then when I brought it in. Today (4 days after bringing my records) I called and was finally told they will accept me and they couldn't get me in for another almost 2 weeks. I am 32 weeks pregnant and high risk. I haven't been seen for 3 weeks now because of their other office. So, she spoke with a doctor and said she would call back today with a much sooner appointment. No call. So i called a half hr before close and of course it was a different person. I had to explain my whole story over again and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Then she told me that she would send the doctors a messege that I am still waiting for my call back. Hopefully this will be straightened out by tomorrow. It would be nice if someone called me back, instead of me having to call and bug them AGAIN! =("
