"There's nothing not to like in the way Dr. Padilla respectfully listens to my concerns and honestly answers my questions. I am glad I found him again after he changed practice. It was about 2 years ago when he initially treated a tear duct infection/blockage in my right eye. This year, it is my left eye that needs "poking" and this is a simple, quick but uncomfortable procedure. What I appreciate is that everytime he does this he always preps me by gently talking me thru the steps before shoving the needle into my duct. Furthermore, he takes conservative steps in his treatment protocol, first taking the least intrusive intervention and only recommending surgery when really needed (unlike many surgeons).
