"First of all I have had Dr. Kamare for 6 years as my Cardiologist. He became my Dr. after my 2x bi pass in 2018. I have always respected him as a Dr.. Today I was scheduled for a nuclear stress test and spoke to 3 staff members last week about the test and got the instructions from JoAnn on Friday. 2 days a go. Prior to that I spoke to Samantha the office manager and she changed my appointment from 11:30 to 12:00, no issues. When I arrived at the clinic they told me it could not be done because they did not have the authorization from my PCP. We live 2 hours away as they know and NO ONE checked to see if it was approved last week. I prepared for the test all day yesterday and this morning and drove to the office to get this news. I feel as thought the office organization there is lacking qualified patient care representatives and this needs to change. I hope Dr. Kamare sees this review. "I was asked to wear a heart monitor for 4 days. When I returned I find out that it wasn’t turned on properly and didn’t get a reading. Wasted 4 vacation days. Staff gave me an ‘oops, oh well..’ attitude about it. Needed to make several phone calls to get my copay refunded. Also, a previous appointment was set for me at 8:00am. They do not open until 8:30. I was unable to see a doctor that day."
