"Every time I call, I'm placed on hold before I can ever say anything. When I do get through, I can't get an appointment. I was even told, to drive to Lakeland later in the week If I wanted to see the Dr. I had to go back to my former Dr. who no longer takes my insurance because this Dr. is too busy. I responded to a text this morning to call in and make an appointment for my annual check up. Again, I was put on hold before I could say anything and left there."
