"I feel like it's all about the money. Three of the times my husband went in for procedures, staff didn't pay attention to his departure. My husband was to have a ride after his procedures. One of the times, they wheeled him into the lobby and left him. I had been waiting by the back door for him and when they didn't come out with him I parked my car and went inside and there he sat passed out in a wheelchair. I helped him to the car, and nobody questioned me, nor did anyone offer to help. Two of his other visits, he also sat in the lobby and eventually walked out on his own and walked home. Also, his doctor was Dr. Tandatnick, and he was rude and inpatient. I definitely don't recommend this facility."

"All of the staff has always been extremely helpful, accommodating, and caring. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure any of my Issues or problems were taken care of. I had an issue getting a hold of my pharmacy for my refill, but the staff was very thorough in making sure this problem was resolved, and even called at the end of the day to check in, which I felt was very considerate. Dr Amen always takes the time to explain his plan of care, and listens to any concerns i may have. The staff is incredibly professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone of my friends or family."

"My regular doctor tried to encourage me multiple times to go to a pain clinic but I kept refusing because I did not want to go on to a narcotic based pain relief which is what I thought they were. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there are many treatments available without narcotics and that actually work. My doctor there is Dr. T and I’m extremely satisfied and happy with the service that I get from this practice."

Dr Tandatnick is wonderful and caring, unlike many other Drs that have a horrible bedside manner. I feel he listens and always trying to come up with a plan to treat my pain. Staff is also great and super friendly."

"Absolutely no relief from my treatments. Maybe it’s because Dr. Tandatnick wouldn’t listen to my concerns or review my prior records. Arrogance is the best way to describe his demeanor. The rest of the staff are much more approachable."
