"I gave them a one star because that is as low as allowed. I never got to see the doctors and they may be great. The woman that answered the phone was rude, showed absolutely no compassion or cared at all about my health concerns. She even called me back up to be even ruder after I disconnected the call. I am 65 with some serious health issues. I understand she wasn't the doctor but to straight out tell me..basically to bad was her responce. The doctors might be great but need better people to answer phone"

"I thought the doctor was excellent to begin with but, quickly found that I couldn't get into the doctor. I will go to urgent care for issue of dizzy. I need a doctor I can call and get into see if needed. Not only when I have a set appointment . The receptionist is not very nice. I am not a person that goes to doctor often, maybe 2-3 times a year. I am 69 and need medical infrequently."

So we have to work together for the answers to our problems. He ordered the test and labs along with my yearly mamo, etc. he renewed my meds that I needed. I’ve ended my search for my Primary Care Doctor. I must add, his staff is also the most helpful, polite, friendly and attentive."
