"Dr Bowers was AWESOME! He was great to work with thru my rehab after surgery. HOWEVER, the office manager, KATRINA SCHOLL, will not return my 7+ calls or 4+ emails to reimburse me for overcharging me each visit! BCBS is now trying to help me. Very unprofessional to not even discuss this error with me. So I emailed you that you requested, a month ago, and you still have not responded to me!! Horrible way to treat patients!"
"I was going here 3-5 times a week, for multiple months of treatment after a car accident to see Dr. Randy. Then there was a 3 week period in which I could not reach anyone at the office. No one would answer my calls or return my voicemails. Employees from the other B3 medical locations said there was nothing they could do, and they said this issue is common at the Wesley Chapel location. I am extremely disappointed, I hope they can do something to help their patients and treat them with respect."
"Val, Matthew and everyone yesterday taking care of Tank for his nerve block were fantastic. The anesthesiologist and the nurse were wonderful as well, and of course the Dr is great. I travel to here from Clearwater and it's worth the trip every time. Love this place!!"
"After moving back to Tampa from SF, I was eager to find a PT to take me through my next level of recovery from left shoulder surgery, and avoid surgery on my right foot from a surf injury and right shoulder from overuse. I've seen so many PTs in the past and Dr. Nils is hands down the best. He was willing to work through all three injuries and taught me full awareness of my body for pain management and strength conditioning. I came in around 80% functional range of motion, without the ability to hold a plank, and couldn't run or balance weight on my right foot without pain and swelling. 7 weeks later, I went from shaking and falling from a plank, to being able to do clapping push ups. The best part was that Dr. Nils did everything to get me back to surfing, even without the sport being his specialty and in an area without waves. He went above and beyond to have the setup for me to practice popping up, regain balance, and even got me in a pool to work on paddling and endurance. The last 3 weeks he had me combine seeing Dr. Randy for chiro as I continued PT twice a week to regain mobility in my spine and help alleviate pain while strengthening. Dr. Randy worked wonders to help my shoulder and neck pains. I was hesitant on leaving as I've been so reliant on this team. Dr. Nils and the B3 team have been such a pivotal moment to my recovery. I've recently traveled back to SF, got back into sprints, sand workouts, and just had my first surf session back since surgery. If you're an athlete and looking for sustained pain and strength management, go see Dr. Nils!"
