"My appointment was at 10am, and I was instructed to arrive early- I was 15 mins early for my appointment. I, with my two young kids sat in the waiting room full of people (which only with 4 chairs total) for two hours before being seen by the doctor on staff. There was a student doctor present and was being made to do all of the work and see the patients while he sat in his office. After each patient, she would go back to his office for about 5-10 mins and then bring him back to the room with the patient. Once it was our turn to be seen, he did not acknowledge me or my daughter and just looked at her eyes with a magnifying glass and a light and then gave me a thumbs up and left the room. Upon leaving, as it was now lunch time, I was rushed out the door and was told they would call me and make another appointment as their “calendar is closed” and the door was locked quickly behind us. After waiting four months for an appointment and the amount of time I had to wait for said appointment, I am not impressed with this office. The student doctor and the techs however, were great and very personable and helpful. I will not ever be returning to this office."
"I am 68 years old, so this is not my first experience with eye care. The Doctors are thorough and professional, the technicians are polite and competent . The price I pay for glasses is better than any other clinic I have used."
"I was told over the phone the appointment for my contacts would cost me 70 dollars for the exam and that I would receive a free trial pair. Upon arrival I was told a completely different figure, upwards of 230 dollars.. Because it wasn't previously mentioned that I would need a normal eye exam as well as a contact exam."
