"Tired of coming here and always people who get here way after us are seen before us. Staff is very cold and unfriendly. Nurses as well. Dr seems nice but overbooked. Never can get me in same day even if an emergency. And if you have paperwork that needs faxed forget it. They take way too long to do anything necessary for a special needs child."

"I've never had a doctors office hang up on me. If it takes 7-10 business days to get a referral, then I expect it in that time frame. Not excuses."

"They're extremely slow, so be prepared to wait for over 1 hour at least. Staff is rude and no matter if you were there on time for your appt, they will still go by order of appts time, so people that got there late but their appt was scheduled before yours, will still be called before you. This is the second time I've waited with my daughter for almost 2 hours just to be seen for a regular physical exam. On top of it, and as many others have stated on their reviews the place is dirty. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!"

"Unless you feel like spending 2 or more hours here go someplace else. It is ALWAYS that way. I made afternoon an appointment for my child today and the person on the talking phone said it was busy around that time but if we arrived at 2:45p we should be ok. After that call I immediately called back to cancel the appointment to go somewhere else if it was that busy and that person talked circles around me and wouldn't cancel it. We get to the office and check in at 2:40p, at 3:15pm we were still waiting. Go in to see how much longer only to be told they still have no rooms open. Told that girl she should have cancelled my appointment when I tried the first time. We went to another provider and we were in and out in an hour."
