"This has to be the worst facility and the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with! The oh so NOT polite scheduler, Rhonda, is sarcastic, rude, and unprofessional. Every time I have called there I feel like I'm inconveniencing her in order to schedule an appointment when I'm a paying client; perchance she has lost the reality that the doctor pays her salary however I pay her doctors who in turn pays hers! If he didn't have any clients she wouldn't have a job and if she doesn't like her job maybe she needs to get a new one. I have waited over an hour for my appts when I arrive early for them. When I finally blew up at the dr & the staff ONLY then did I get treated with respect for my time and $$. It was by the 3rd appt that the dr & I finally clicked, which he is good dont get me wrong, but his staff makes it hard to want to continue to see him in which my next appt I WILL NOT be attended (much to Rhondas's happiness & mine) as I will now get a new Dr. at FL Hospital where I know they are friendly!"
