"If I could give this place a negative star I would. Very unprofessional. My dad was scheduled for cataract surgery and the day before surgery date I called them to confirm surgery time, some scheduler Linda told us that surgery will be canceled/rescheduled till 2 months out! No apologies or anything. She was very rude and when I expressed how unprofessional that was to be telling me this info the day before surgery she hung up on me. What if I hadn’t called them. Who runs a business where receptionist hangs up on clients! As if take it or leave it kind of attitude! Horrible service! They need better staff to deal with the public. Meanwhile my dad already started his eye drops because that’s what he was told to do. Now he has to stop eye drops, get reevaluated and wait 2 months again. This place is horrible! There staff need’s training on professionalism! If you can go somewhere else RUN!"

"All I can say is this is the absolute most unprofessional business I have ever attempted to do business with!!! I tried to schedule an appointment while at the office with my partner. A clerk at the check in desk quickly said we don’t take that insurance. When we went back to pick up my partners glasses the woman working in the optical department said they do take my insurance so I scheduled an appointment for June 2022. Right before appointment date they cancelled and rescheduled my appointment for September. Today, the evening before the appointment at 5:30 pm they call to tell me they don’t accept my insurance again…… I’m just flabbergasted!!! Never mind, I’ll find a professional eye clinic/doctor to deal with. They don’t even have an optical department anymore………… I would never recommend this business!! Don’t waste your time."

"I had my first appointment with Dr. Tessa Payne last May 13 and was surprised how thorough she was. She was sooo nice even though she had no help at that time. The receptionist was also nice and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Payne for anybody looking for a good Optometrist."

And the physicians who see you and treat you are above concerned and compassionate with your issues they listen, there's no rushing and at the end of your visit they make sure that you understand thoroughly what you need to do to continue to retain your vision.
