"The waiting time to see a doctor was quite long, and it seemed like the doctor I spoke to wasn't as attentive as I had hoped. Additionally, getting a referral to a specialist took ages, they don’t bother to give you a call when it finally is done. The facility also appeared outdated and not very clean, and the chairs seemed unstable. I believe there's room for improvement in these areas to enhance the overall patient experience."

"I do not recommend going here unless you want to wait 2 hours until you are seen. The staff in the front are unprofessional. The Dr's take their time coming into work, they lack time management and as a result the patients have to wait hours until they are seen past their appointment times. I will not be bringing my mom here no more. I will be taking her elsewhere."
