"I have been in pain for over three months, and the Spine Institute has been my fourth clinic I have visited. I was referred by my previous doctor as his clinic did not provide relieving epidural injections. The Spine Institute was able to work me in on a very busy Friday, as a new patient, and administer the epidural that alleviated some of the pain. Since this day, I returned February 1st for more injections, and a follow up for pending surgery. I met with Kyle, to discuss the surgery protocol and for the first time in three months, I actually felt like there was a light at the end of my tunnel. People that are in debilitating pain and cannot find a solution give up in some cases and I was there and at the end of my rope until I went to the Spine Institute of Central Florida."

"I love this place for the care and the doctors. Been there multiple times, usually pretty efficient. I have had abnormally long waits before, I waited in a room for more than 1.5 hours without anyone coming in to the point I walked out to the reception to leave and they rushed in to see me."

"The doctor was great and treated me. He was very informative. He made me comfortable to get injection in my knees to alleviate the pain. My only completes the room they had me waiting in. I waited to see the doctor in an excessively cold room. I literally had to go outside after 35 minutes of freezing. The doctor did apologize. They need to do something about that the thermostat."

"I have had the injections. Everyone was wonderful. The staff and Doctor explained the procedure and allowed me to ask questions. I have severe scoliosis and have been in pain for over 30 years. After the injections I felt no pain. It has been a miraculous feat for me. I can do so much now and I'm so happy. Friends and family see the positive change in me. "My husband went today for an appointment at 9 an hour after he was still waiting only to be told that there were 2 patients in the back and 2 in the lobby ahead of him. No mention of how long he may have to wait.He asked for his money back. You expect some waiting but at 9 it should not take this long. They were all nice but only saw doctor at surgery time. They overbooked intentionally to make more money. No respect for your time. Gerald Gschwender"
