"I waited for 1 hour before I was called. I was never told that they were bought out by another firm and check-in processes were changed. Their desk person wasn't customer friendly. They scheduled me for the wrong appointment (not what I asked for) and other problems too. If they weren't the only viable Dermatology clinic in Port Charlotte I'd never be back! Terrible service!!"
"First I have to give sincere compliments to Devonne and Pam for very attentive and friendly service. Always felt like I received thorough and honest service. On Jan 25 I received a call giving me results from 2 biopsy’s. She was irritated because I didn’t make immediate appointments. I said I wanted to get copies of the results and think about it. I went into the office on Jan 26 and talked to front desk clerk. She sent a message to office manager and said she would either call me or e mail me. As of Feb 6, nothing. I tried calling her yesterday anyway d left a message. No return calls. Obvious doesn’t care. Their phone system sucks. Tried calling 6 times, get a recorded message and then another message they are busy and can’t come to answer. Leave a message and we will return your call withn 24 hours. I left a message yesterday to get a surgical appt at 11:08 and still no return call. I have decided they don’t care and looking elsewhere for a better place who cares"
"Obviously this is a very busy location. I truly felt like I wasn't being heard with my concerns. The staff was all very friendly but I felt rushed and my concerns and issues I had were dismissed. I won't return."
"The front desk ladies seem very over worked and confused and overwhelmed with the amount of customers. Its hard to get anyone on the phone. The doctor did a good job but assistants didnt explain each cost of everything i asked for and was given a big bill at the end without insurance. I wish they spoke slower for people without insurance and explained each cost and each thing you come in for."
"This office was so welcoming and friendly and helpful!! Very easy to find and I knew everything would be all right because there were tons of butterflies flying around at the entrance!! It was my first visit and they made me feel so comfortable. They all were compassionate and gave me peace of mind right away."
