"I went in for an eye exam and contacts. I was told I had a very"unusual prescriptions" and that I would need special contacts. I paid the exam fee, the dispensing fee, and a general office visit charge. Then, I got charged $245 for the gas permeable contacts I was told I needed. I could not wear them. Tried them for a few weeks. It felt like I had a piece of broken glass in my eye and the contacts kept sliding around to where I could hardly get them to stay in front of my eye so I could remove them. I asked for my prescription so I could get contacts elsewhere. I was told there would be a charge for that. I am so done with this! Very frustrating...after all this money I still have no contacts. Thanks Walmart!"

He was able to look me up in the system and assisted me in getting my contacts, saving me an hour and a half drive from picking up at my previous location. "I WENT TO WALMART VISION CENTER FOR AN EYE EXAM. I SAW A DOCTOR. I ASKED FOR MY PRESCRIPTION, AS I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HANDED THAT AFTER AN EXAM. THEN I GOT CHARGED $57. I HAVE MEDICARE AND SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE. WHEN I GOT HOME I REALIZED I ONLY HAD A CASH REGISTER RECEIPT...WHAT WAS THE CHARGE FOR? CALLED. $109. FOR EXAM. $27. TO HAVE THE PRESCRIPTION!!! NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE WITH A DOCTOR. AND TOLD THEY DID NOT ACCEPT SUPPLEMENTAL AND WERE CHARGING ME 20% OF THE 109. THEN TOLD THEY ARE NOT PART OF WALMART AT ALL!!! SO WHY USE THEIR NAME? WHO IS IN CHARGE? TOLD EACH DOCTOR RENTS THE SPACE. ARE YOU KIDDING??? WALMART DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THIS? ONLY THE GLASSES ... IT SAYS WALMART VISION AND GLASSES. BBB HERE I COME. NEVER AGAIN FOLKS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."
