"The Doctor and nurses were nice, but their billing department and follow up is super frustrating to deal with. They messed up my the insurance billing, and when I ask what a bill was for, I never get a response. Just a message that someone will contact me. They did not bill my insurance directly or initially, rather they billed me directly, but they did allow two other doctor offices (I was not aware of or who they were, thought it was fraud initially) to bill my insurance company independently for some rather large amounts. I never got a diagnosis back from any of them. When you call them them, they are not responsive. I paid for a biopsy and diagnosis, no one ever came back to me with a diagnosis. Their portal is buggy, hard to get on or stay on. Super Frustrating."
