"Absolutely great experience. All of the staff is super friendly and patient. Angelia, the doctor, is not only super friendly and positive, but also highly skilled in her abilities as a doctor. I have been here twice now, and both times I have been more than happy. My last visit involved stitching a scar on my arm, and now that it has been a whole month I can confidently say that it could not have healed any better, all thanks to Angelia's great stitching. I am very thankful to have found this clinic, and though I hopefully don't have to come back any time soon, I can certainly refer anyone who has an urgency to come to this clinic."

"I'm very unhappy after my visit to the Coastal Med urgent care. My friend and drove 10 miles because we saw the great reviews and hoped to find the best care in this facility, however, things did not go as planned or as suggested in the many good reviews (paid actors) for this place. When we came in the front desk lady was not very helpful and demanded my friend paid for her visit even though we had already checked with my friend's insurance that it would be fully covered. We went the extra mile (extra 10 miles if you count the drive!) to call my friend's insurance again and have them double check, which they once again confirmed that her visit would he covered, as she has already met her deductible for the year, we asked for the agent to please call the front desk and confirm this with her and once confirmed the front desk agent was very standofffish about the situation, and her attitude togards us was very unhelpful after this. It was a pretty slow sunday in this urgent care which is why we are confused to why we had to wait so much, and overal all they made us wait a lot in a room and didn't really do much for my friend, they poked her hurt hand and just took an x-ray and sent her home telling her her hand was not broken. The end. I would HIGHLY recommend not come to this place."

"I HIGHLY recommend this urgent care! Thank you thank you for genuinely caring and wanting to help! Usually urgent cares have a bad reputation. Due to staff, prices, waiting hours, unclear diagnosis, etc. I been to quite a few! This one is a BLESSING. Each staff member is 5 stars! I have visited with my kids and each time I visited we were well treated, understood, made my kids feel safe, and Cared for! They take their time to listen and give their best opinion! I don’t go anywhere else!"

I was seen by Angelia and Amanda who were very professional, listening to my dilemma and giving assistance in a very timely manner. The instructions were concise and clear. The office was spotless.
