"Completed a 40-hour training. All staff were friendly and facility was clean and orderly. But, the instructor shined beyond what we could have expected. Robert C. "Horrible customer service. My son completed an osha 10 online course. Got locked out of it and the "24 hour customer service" person that was not very fluent in English informed me I have to email and wait 24 hours for a response. I want my $70 and 10 hours back. Or a card that says the course was completed like it was. I would not recommend this course for anyone."
