"Staff is unprofessional with patients. You have to call 4 to 5 times for them to call in a refill, FOR A DIABETIC. Staff does not return calls, rude over the phone and demand that you "be professional" when you are complaining about no return call or NOT filling a prescription, but they themselves are not professional, in person or via phone, and do NOT follow thru with requests. You basically pay them for nothing. You never see a real doctor only a PA. Sad that they operate under the TGH name."
"Dr. Jasko is excellent! Appointments always seem to start late but for good reason. You can tell he takes the time to actually meet with a patient, go over their issues and come up with some course of action. He is not the type to rush you in any way. Rare to find especially with big conglomerates like TGH."
