"The worst doctors visit we have ever had. Dipasqale busted through the door like a hurricane. Was talking so fast jumped right to prescribing drugs and literally asked no questions. He didn’t care to know what was going on just kind of had like a run of the mill answers to speed through the appointment and had no tact. He didn’t read the room at all. Used a phrase like “put a bullet through your head” when referring to someone with extreme tinnitus. Having no idea that we what we’ve been dealing with. We waited 2 months for this appointment and it was over in less than 5 minutes. And I didn’t go with unrealistic expectations thinking he could actually do something for us but I was hoping for the bare minimum of a doctor that could show a bit of empathy, help to aid in calming fears, and do his due diligence in the appointment to understand our situation. He was arrogant and clearly does not do this for the patients. Do not waste your time or money and save yourself the trip. We came out of pocket for this and it was a waste of money. Find another ENT I’m sure it has to be better than this place and doctor."

Everyone was wearing masks and took all precautions to make me feel safe. The whole staff there was very professional and attentive to my needs. Met Dr. D who is a great doctor. "I recently had the opportunity to visit this practice. During the time of scheduling, I went back and forth with the date and time to attempt to fit the appointment with my work schedule. The scheduling person I spoke to on the phone was so kind and patient, she took the time to answer all of my questions about what to expect and billing. When I got to my appointment the check in nurse was very kind and efficient. The tech who did my audiology testing explained each test in detail and made me feel comfortable with process. I was really impressed with Dr. James because he took his time to explain what was going on. I didn’t feel rushed and when I asked a ton of questions. Overall, the people here a kind and have their patients best interest at heart."
