"The reviews about Dr. Gretta Fridman are misleading. Her demeanor was rude from the moment she walked into the room and she didn’t greet me. She didn’t go over any of the eye exams and photos gathered by the eye tech. All she did was take a quick look at my eyes and tell me I need to see a retina specialist asap. It's like I was driving the entire appointment. I came prepared with questions and she barely answered my questions. She wasn't transparent and is a bare minimum doctor. I left the appointment with more questions than I came with and now I feel like I need to get a second opinion somewhere else. Next, the wait time was ridiculously long and the waiting room is narrow and packed. I'm being billed $184.27 for photos, eye exams, etc that Dr. Fridman didn't even go over. A waste of time and money."

"Preparing for cataract surgery, staff was very helpful in testing and explaining options, insurance coverage, etc. Dr. Fridman thoroughly reviewed test data and clearly walked me through the cataract surgery procedure and what to expect. Now, looking forward to upcoming surgery to have my vision improved. The staff was very supportive and arranged for all steps in the cataract surgery process. I would recommend."
