"A friend of mine chose this office in Bradenton to be close to family. Her doctor sent in the order on a Friday and an appointment was set up for the following Monday morning. Imagine her surprise when she got a phone call while preparing to travel to her appointment that because they did not receive a “paper” copy her appointment was being cancelled. My friend was told by the person performing the infusion that had she been given a month’s notice, she may have been accommodated. According to information received, there is only one person to work 2 or 3 offices. Corporate needs to re-think this policy, and either hire more qualified personnel or make sure the one person they hire had better time management skills."
