"The most unprofessional medical office I’ve ever been to. The were automatically listed as my pcp so I went ahead and made an appointment. No one was in the front the first 5 minutes I waited, it took an hour for me to be seen even though there was only one other patient in the back. When I finally got to the back, I realized the front desk person is also the one doing vitals. When the doctor came to the room he never introduced himself so I’m not sure what his name is. He asked brief general questions then asked about why I was there. We discussed that for maybe 5 minutes and he said I needed blood work. After that he addresses my weight saying I need to get it under control and I’m overweight. He never once asked me any questions about my diet, eating habits, or the fact that I just had a baby, to come up with that conclusion. My pcp has already been changed & I will never return to this place. Ghetto!!"

"I only had one visit at this clinic where I actually had my problem dealt with and that was the day my doctor wasn’t there and had someone else fill in for him. I asked him for a referral to get my wrist x-rayed for an unexplainable pain and not only did he send me to the wrong radiology clinic, an hour and a half away, but when I was sent to the correct clinic, one of the receptionists had to physically drive over to deliver the referral because they never sent it! His prescriptions are illegible even to pharmacy staff, he does not care enough to repeat himself if you cannot understand him through his accent, and God forbid you have anything you need him to look at, he’ll stand on the other side of the room looking at the computer while he tells you nothing is wrong. If you’re with him because he accepts your insurance, find someone else, it’s worth it to drive a little further away."

"A lot of people don't understand how the specialist Dr and there staff work. I've seen how busy there office is and how understand everyone is like Dr. Gangina , the nurse practitioner Kim they're are very understanding took there time helping me. The office. Is so busy but they always get back to us. Thank you for always taking care of me."

"After being in the hospital (AdventHealth Heart of Florida) I was instructed to make an appointment with the infectious disease doctor I saw while I was in the hospital, Dr Sumalatha Gangina. After several attempts (voice mail being full), I finally spoke with her receptionist & I requested an appointment either in person or on the phone. Her receptionist told me “she cannot accept you as a patient & to find someone else”. To say the least I was shocked about the unprofessional & unpleasant experience. I can’t believe you can have doctors working at your facility that treat patients like this. I WILL NEVER recommend this doctor."

"I have to say Liz and Annette were so wonderful with my mother, they’re very caring and know what they are actually doing! They perform there job at 110% As a prior medical assistant myself our number one expectation is to make sure our patients are satisfied and well taken care of. That is what I witness today with these young ladies. It’s medical assistants like them that we need in this field! I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Dr.Maganti’s office."
