"Takes forever. First come, first serve does not work, they are taking patients who came in later before you. The nurses do not take time to read a patient’s name - have a problem with pronouncing people's names - the nurse walks around and says: “is there a patient whose name starts with a “C”?” It took me 2.5 hours for 2 minutes with the doctor. The general atmosphere is that they do not care."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. Went in for severe cough that was 10 days in. I am self pay. I saw a PA who prescribed cough pills that didn't work. Was diagnosed with bronchitis. Called 2 days after that to see if something else can be done. Was told the PA was only there one day a week and I would have to wait to see her again or come in and pay for another visit. Nobody else could help me with a new scrip. Called again 4 days later when PA returned my call and they want me to pay for another visit. Meanwhile, thru all this, I was hung up on and disconnected twice. This clinic is not worth your health."

"I was not pleased with the doctor, she seemed incredibly inept. I had mentioned I was worried about chest pain and had seen online that pericarditis symptoms sounded similar to what I was experiencing. She then flipped out at me and accused me of being a drug addict (which was shocking and angering that I be accused of being a degenerate) and she said you can ONLY get pericarditis from injecting hard drugs. I had to pull up an article from the Mayo Clinic showing there is a wide rage of things that can cause it, including covid, a car accident, stress, cancer, and kidney failure. The first three I have had this year (a car accident in march, a panic attack as my Dad was in his last moments of passing in June, and have had covid multiple times in the past). I am very displeased with the visit, and I feel like I am back at square one with not knowing what's wrong because I refuse to trust an inept doctor. I now have to go to another doctor, so I can get peace of mind about what's wrong with me."

"The walk in clinic at Millennium Physicians Group off of Metro Pkwy was a great experience, I didn't have to wait long, but it was 5:30 and they weren't busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this clinic."
