"This office really has suffered since the retirement of Dr Janet Lewis years ago. Dr Charette has overall been a big disappointment and I understand he is now retiring after just a year or two. We shall see how the new doctor is but my patience for this office is running out. Dr Lewis was great and I miss her."

"First I went to Dr. Dennis office, last couple times I went to see him, the front desk and the doctors did not make accommodation, knowing that I am deaf and I could read lips or they could have wrote notes to communicate with me. They just continue talking with mask on, knowing that I am deaf. Then on first floor when I went to do x ray done today, the front desks did same exact thing. They just continue talking even though I told them that I am deaf and I cannot hear. They should have American Sign Language interpreter provided in person or have virtual interpreter ready for deaf patients like myself. I am furious that I did not receive good services or accommodations that I am supposed to be getting. It is not my job to hire an interpreter or bring someone to interpret for me. By ADA Law, all of businesses have to provide accommodation to people with disabilities even deaf and hard of hearing. And they broke that law and can be sued."

"Dr. Lewis has the most ignorant front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. Would not recommend anyone to deal with their rude comments or snide remarks. They do not care about the patients whatsoever and are unwilling to help in any way. Unfortunately the Dr. is allowing other employees to ruin her reputation. Would NOT recommend."

"I was not happy with this the 1 time I met with him. I was recommended to a Gastroenterology Dr. That i do like. He recommended O have a colonoscopy that was stopped by George Toth . I did not fined out untill I arrived for my appt. Idid the prep and all to find out I wasnt having it. No one called to tell me. I have now Changed Doctor. George Toth now Located in Bradenton , Fl. With ViriMed Health Group."
