"Hello, I would give it 5 stars. Since they were born, my two children have been patients of Dr. Lorenzo Nadal. and I recommend it because it is always good with its results but Yesterday I went to see him because ( dr no have every days appointment) my son sometimes gets stomach pain in the morning. and the woman at the front desk looks like she didn't go to school. He demanded that I go to the side of the sick children to wait. OMG if my son doesn't have a fever, no vomits and his pain is sometimes ) in the mornings unprofessional.."

"This place is amazing. The people working here are the best. Anytime I need help with setting appointment Iris has helped me out. She is amazing. When I call about my children meds Mrs. Rosa was helped me so much she even calls the pharmacy for me and then calls me back to let me know when everything is done. Its people like this that the make the world an amazing place. So thank you for always helping!"

"The office is not flexible if you are late to your appointment at all, they will send you away. The front desk girl was cold as ice when I told her it took me an hour to get my kid and get there for his appointment and I was 18 minutes late because the school wouldn't let me get him until dismissal. She said there was no way they would see me because it was beyond their 15 minutes, so I wasted an hour and a half of being away from my workday for no reason. I have been going to this office since my children were babies and now they are 8 and 10. Dr. Nadal is nice and a good doctor, but Dr. Kanarak has no bedside manner at all. He gave my baby antibiotics that he was allergic to insisting that it is not possible he inherited my allergy and refusing to give me a different prescription. So I gave my baby the antibiotic and he got a horrible fever and rash and started vomiting, all of which he was not doing before. I would recommend seeing Dr. Nadal if you see any doctor here, but make sure you are on time or you will be out of luck!"

"I love love love APRN Joyce Young!! My encounters have been great. I get supportive and honest feedback. My concerns and questions are addressed. It’s never a rushed experience with her and the girls just feel comfortable around her. I’d recommend this pediatrician. If I ever have an issue staff tries to work with you. Everyone enjoys what they do and the environment is welcoming."
