"People who works in the office are no nice staff, they don’t help or even sympathize with you . I’m waiting to get my results back and they never call. The lady on the phone told me to go To Er to be seen if I’m in pain but if I go to the Er, they will say go see your primary doctor. Medicine these days it’s all about money, there is no actually caring for the patients. They have my results back for 3 days but don’t even bother to call me back to be able to get medicine. So frustrating and sad to see how these people who work with human being who are sick don’t even care. People who doesn’t not like to care about others should never be working with people, they got the wrong professional :/"
