"Great doctor if he could get rid of that horrible receptionist. Lazy, never picks up the phone and is very slow to answer calls. Sometimes she never calls back and I have to leave a new message. This is almost a routine experience just to se him. It's a pain in the but just getting a new appointment set up. Get some new staff Dr. Yale! You are a great doctor but your receptionists are hurting your practice."

"I’ve seen Dr. Yale for about 6 years & he is one of the best psychiatrists I’ve ever met! He is knowledgeable, caring and takes the time to get to know you. I highly recommend him! The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of his awful receptionist. I’ve literally called at multiple times of the day, multiple days in a row & left messages & cant get a hold of anyone. Why does she never answer the phone? She also has lied to me on multiple occasions stating that things have been done which have not (records being sent, messages passed along, calling people back). I’ve caught her in multiple lies, & when you bring this to her attention she gets mad at you. Dr. Yale needs to seriously find another receptionist & this place would be above 5 stars for sure. Until then she will continue to bring down the reputation and quality of the business."

Only issue I have is every time I try to call and schedule an appointment I can never get a hold of the receptionist. I always have to leave a voicemail and have my call returned at the end of the day. Needs to be more organized."

"I moved here a little bit over a year ago. Dr. Steven Yale is an amazing doctor he takes his time with you he really wants to help you he doesn't just give you medications and dismisses you! As long as i am in this state I will continue to see him i wouldn't change my doctor for anything. He really cares!!!!"
