"I have been a patient of Dr Mondello & his Nurse Practitioners for 5 years now. Dr Mondello is the first doctor in my adult life (I am 33 YOA) that's listened to every single problem I've ever had, no matter how small or how large & taken it ALL into account. I also think that over the past 5 years, just recently going from 1x a month to every 3 months, Mondello & the Nurse practitioners have both grown to really know me as a person & have an overall better understanding of who I am, certain things about my life & my past that once taken all into account, it truly helps for a better diagnosis - physically, mentally , & emotionally, as well as medicinally. It wasn't until I began seeing Mondello regularly that I was able to find SUCCESSFUL medications that ACTUALLY helped what ailed me for long. I'm comfortable telling him & the Nurse practitioners anything, they make me very comfortable & never have I felt judged, which is always super helpful... Most doctors don't have ANY bedside manners but luckily, Dr Mondello & his staff are always helpful, discreet, & truly caring. I'd never dream of saying this before but now, I said what I said - "Every time I see my doctor, I get excited to talk to him & leave with a smile on my face" Love the Dundee crew! "I don’t usually review doctors but I have to share of the most infuriating physician service I have ever seen. I apologize in advance for the long post. I would strongly avoid Mondello clinic at any cost! The priority is $$ not patient care! I am a disable individual with many chronic conditions and have also had undiagnosed pain since October that I have gotten procedures and surgeries with no answers so I know I can be challenging for many doctors. I have gone to Dr. Christopher Mondello for the last 11 months. I saw a pa 4 times in less than a year but never met Mondello. Until today when I spoke with the PA who, even though I corresponded with her via portal, phone and internal messages she seemed upset at my requests for labs and said she wasn’t aware of my request. After she noted my lab requests she left the room and she and Dr Mondello returned. Long story short he explained that because I chose an HMO which only pays him $1000/month that I have exceeded my $1000 of work his office has to spend each month. When I asked what about the $1000/month you got when I didn’t come in he explained that I am taking resources away from his other patients but staff has to spend time on me so he wasn’t going to do any of the requested labs that I waited a month to get or anything else for me. I was floored! I waited a month to get labs done hoping to find some answers to my pain only to be told they refuse to do them or anything else. So I am left mid month with no pcp, no labs to give answers, and no closer to finding an answer for the pain."
