"Make sure you bring a witness to all your visits. I talked through everything I did with the person I spoke with but the problem is they change people all the time and no one really knew what was going on, they don’t put everything in a chart. I explained exactly what I was taking and how I was taking it and no one said don’t do that it’s not allowed, if they had I wouldn’t have and my wife was with me to verify this. My last visit she said you failed your second urine test, I didn’t know I failed my first one cause no one said anything about it but the so call lady set right there and lied saying she did and then said we can’t give you the medicine anymore. Just to throw this out there it’s a proving fact that you can explain someone’s condition and mine is 40 years of Chronic Pain, 25 Surgeries to a assistant cause your not allowed to talk to the doctor and he want know you or what you suffer or how you suffer. I could go on and on about how bad Excel Pain treats there Patients. So sad how people with Chronic Pain suffer not just physical but mental."

"This is my 3rd Pain Management office I’ve been to, the second one was 5 weeks ago they were supposed to call me back the following day and to date I have not heard from them, in the meantime I called this place, had an MRI discussed options and went for a cervical epidural yesterday. All within a matter of 4 weeks! The staff is knowledgeable and efficient and you are taken care of right away. The guy and his assistant that did my procedure were the best hands down. "The personnel were efficient my wait for my appointment was minimal. All personal were cordial and nice. The Doctor talked me through the procedure so I was not surprised by anything. I felt slight pressure but never pain. The injection at T1 went very smoothly. After the procedure the Doctor talked with me as I was moved off the table and gently helped me to stand. I was feeling fine all along. So we talked as he walked me out to the front desk to set up a follow up appointment. Great support!"
