"I have had nothing but GREAT experiences here. I went here for a liver study/clinical trial. The staff are kind and courteous and are great people. Once my study was through, I actually missed seeing their smiling faces every week since my clinical trial was a weekly one. They were always checking up on how I was doing. They really do care about their patients and you are not just a number to them. I definitely recommend participating in a trial they have going if you're interested and qualify."

"If you are unfortunate enough to have to go through one of their studies, be prepared to sacrifice every week of your life here. The staff is incompetent with extremely poor communication skills. I lost count how many times the staff was incapable of using their own equipment not to mention all the driving back and forth I had to do because they botched up my specimens. Avoid going here if you can because it’s not worth the stress and aggravation."
