"I have had two appointments scheduled with Dr. Milan. When the appointments were made her staff informed me that they would send me as email with a link for questionnaires I would need to complete 24 hrs in advance of my appointment. I never received the emails and began calling 5 days before my appointment to have the link sent. I was assured on follow up call it would be sent. I cancelled both appointments because I had not received the questionnaires. I am need if this evaluation and she will not make another appointment because of the cancellations. The issue that causes the cancellation was the fault of her staff. I would never recommend using this psychologist!!!!"
