"I called to say I had been in a motor vehicle accident and could I make an appointment. I was told to come on in. When I arrived I was the told information I needed such a claim number. I said multiple times. I’m in pain I’m doing the best I can. I was then snapped at the receptionist was new and she was sorry. I called the manager out. She was just as rude. Never was I asked if I was ok. I was told to go home and call my insurance. I will never go back."
"WARNING DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. I had an absolutely horrifying experience at this place with my child. Paid 125 to even get in the door and then every test after that was an additional charge: strep throat 25 flu 60 or 65 and then up to 80 or 85 for a Covid test. My 8 year old son got misdiagnosed with strep throat and was prescribed 19 ml of amoxicillin to take at a time twice a day for 10 days. He was literally prescribed an overdose of antibiotics. He was throwing up every time he was given the medication because it was way too high of a dose. 4 days later we were back at a different dr. I was told by that doctors office that he didn’t even have strep throat he has the flu and that the dosage was way too high and even an adult would not have been prescribed that high a dosage of medication. So I repeat my child was medically overdosed by this doctor’s office. When I went back to question them they tried to brush the entire incident under the rug and I was told there was nobody there that I could speak to. I demanded to see somebody and told them that I wasn’t leaving until I spoke to someone. Finally somebody came out of the back wrote my concerns down on a piece of paper and sent me away without even a refund. I will be contacting them every day until this situation is resolved, demanding my money back and even suing them for medical malpractice. Please do not take your child here. You do not want them to die from a medical overdose that the drs at the medical pavilion will prescribe."
"Place needs inspected by osha for blood borne pathogens about the office not cleaned up. Office staff continually come and go. Dr. Can be nice one minute and aggravated the next. Has missed diagnosed many people I know. He is too commercialized for making a buck than really having empathy for his patients to find the true problems they are having."
"10/19/23 My ear was completely blocked with wax. Was charged $125 so the doctor could tell me to go to the drugstore and buy some Debrox, which by the way, didn’t work."
