"Absolutely worst doctor ever!!! I had 3 steroid injections & planters fasciitis laser surgery 3 months ago and now I'm in excruciating pain! My foot is worse than before. The office is chaotic! Over an 1 1/2 hour wait everytime. Dr Perez never communicated my conditions or showed me my x-rays. He told me I had planters fasciitis, only to find out later that wasn't all. When I asked the front desk for a copy of my records she told me I needed to pay for them. I also asked them to fax them to my primary care doctor and the receptionist stated they don't do that. He constantly pushes you to purchase his in office orthotics. He is inconsiderate, rude, and does not listen to your concerns, then is quick to leave. Surgery was worse! No communication on the procedure before or after by Dr Perez. I was sent home and in excruciating pain. My husband called and explained the pain medication was not helping and he said to give it another 24-48 hours for the inflammation to go down. I wish I would've gone somewhere else. Now, I need to seek a second opinion immediately. My foot is getting worse. It hurts in places that never hurt. It's swollen, bruised, and inflammed!! I can't walk on it at all. If there were a 0 star that's what it should be!"
"Horrible experience. First waited for one hour and half. Don't know why they tell you to come in 20 minutes before, when they have multiple patients schedule at the same time. Doctor doesn't explain anything to you. Just made me this make shift contractions to put on, which did nothing for me. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR OR PLACE AT ALL!"
"After leaving Dr. Perez office I immediately called another foot & ankle doctor in the Orlando area to get a second opinion. This practice doesn't even deserve a one star. When I arrived there was another patient who had been waiting for over an hour to see the doctor. He approached the receptionist to ask when he would be seen. Her response was "the doctor is busy. We have multiple patients with operations, procedures and various issues. We can never know how long it will be." He asked her why would you schedule multiple patients when you know procedures will take a while. Her response was "We have one doctor. We can't help it he get's behind. please sit down" After he sat down I asked if I would then be waiting two hours to be seen. She laughed and said it would not be two hours but she could not confirm how long. The other guest got mad and left. Since he left I was next. The nurse who brought me in did not offer assistance once. YOU ARE A FOOT & ANKLE SPECIALIST!!! If a patient can't walk the nice thing to do would be to provide assistance. After reviewing my issue she took me over to the X-Ray and then kept touching my foot only causing me more discomfort. Once Dr. Andres came in it continued to go downhill. He barely looked at my x-ray and then did one test on my foot. His ultimate conclusion was I had nerve problems and he says "The only solution is a shot and you need better shoes." I did not want a shot so was trying to ask questions and get more information. He just continued to say I needed a shot or else I would not get better. I was about to let him when I decided I did not want to continue to let this Dr. look at my condition. I went to put my shoes on and he states "what are you doing we're not done". Next thing I know the nurse is wrapping both of my feet up with these makeshift cushions. I asked how long I needed to wear them for and Dr. Andres went "I told you that you need better support. you have to always wear them." NEXT THING I KNOW HE IS WALKING OUT THE DOOR!!! I have never had a doctor treat me the way Dr. Andres treated me. There was no conversation. No support. NOTHING!!! The nurse secretly told me some other things I could do and then left. She was nice but it was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. EVER."
"He didn’t address the problem, said my wife’s feet were normal and shouldn’t be causing her pain (when clearly they are bent inward), and then charged us a good deal of money for essentially cotton balls tied to staps as a makeshift orthotic. He also offered us a pamphlet on foot surgery which is not what we needed. Some chiropractics offer actual orthotics that can actually help, but don’t go to this office, it’s a waste of time and money."
"The staff is nice but my husband I found Dr Perez seemed rude and didn’t really seem to listen or care. His treatment suggestions are limited and he doesn’t seem to really investigate the specific cause of the problem and he seems to be limited to one or two solutions. They also didn’t give the cost of the orthotics and when asked they said it depends on the insurance without giving a conclusive answer."
