"just no, cancelling appointments with no notice when you show up to the office all you get is an "oh i thought we called you" absolute worst, about a year and a half ago id say DR Kami Yost was the best and very caring, no wonder she left this clinic to be honest. do not expect to keep your appointment, do not expect to get your medication on time and do not expect a call back."
"I can't give any good reviews about this office. Firtstable it is a small office and it's not place to sit everyone that was waiting in the office. The waiting time exceeded 45minutes and my son was seen just maybe for 10 minutes. I walked out of that office without any information of the medicine he needed because it was not listed in their system. The doctor said to his assitant to make notes to send the prescription, but apparently he didn't do it. I am still waiting for the prescription since Monday of last week. I called the office and they don't have the name of the prescription on file. Not even any notes on his file about the prescription he needs. From the beginning to the end I feel they were not proffessional at all. I drove far thinking it was a good doctor. I am very disappointed..."
"Personally it was a not so pleasant experience meeting Ligaya Buchbinder Hershman. I have always respected anyone and everyone I meet especially in a professional setting but I went in thinking I would get a body scan to ensure there wasn't any concerns of skin cancer. I had actually quite a few concerns.. I expressed this with the young lady who I talked to prior before th doctor entered the room. The doctor seemed irritated... she was quick to say I had Rosacea for one of my concerns. Quick to say a allergic reaction I had due to a prior surgery was fine and healing. She was quick to say anything else... and trying to rush out the door. My husband even said this seriously only lasted about 5 minutes and stopped me to make sure I had all my questions answered by the medical team. Me.. being nice was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but absolutely should have listened to my husband. He was irritated from the moment we got there because he was told there was no place to change our 6 month old son who was with us. That didn't sit right with him and than to be rushed out the door. I quickly forgot to express that I needed a full body scan for skin cancer. I won't be back. The doctor is not professional. I assume she needs to retire if she is that incompetent and cant do her job in a friendly .. caring manner. I'm a busy mom of three and I have worked in the medical field for years... I know and have personally dealt with physicians who look down on you for having medicaid and this was a prime example of the treatment I received that day. If not she just has really poor bedside manners and even school can't fix that. Again, I'm not here to just write a nasty comment but to inform anyone who plans on seeing this dermatologist to reconsider especially If you have medicaid.. or a busy mom like me that barely can find a person to watch they're kids while managing to crunch in a little self care. I drove an hour away for a 5 min or less talk. Absolutely not worth the drive. I'm sure she won't be there long and honestly she's probably too old to care. Take my advice do research on who you plan to see. Some people do professions for the right reasons and than there are those who do it for the money. Hope this helps someone make the right choice. Find a dermatologist that prioritizes your health."
"They switched my appointment to a different doctor. Saw Dr Bushbinder who spent less than 3 minutes with me. She walked in while I was undressing & opened the door completely wide & a different make patient leaving the room saw me. She talked to her MA & just started rattling off prescriptions for me without even talking with me about the face that I’m breastfeeding. Then before I could even ask her any questions, she just left the room once again, opening the door while I was standing there half naked. I don’t know if all of the doctors on the practice or like this, but I would not recommend seeing Dr. Bushbinder. I waited four months for this appointment and didn’t even get to ask her about my problem areas."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited over 3 months for an appointment for my son. I get texts to confirm about appointment a day prior. We drive 46 minutes to the location and there’s this on the door? Unacceptable. At least a call in the morning to patients who are scheduled for the day. I read a similar review and thought no way. It actually happened to us! Waste of time!!! I could’ve taken my son elsewhere. I could’ve taken care of his skin condition a long time ago. I decided to wait for this to happen? I’m following up and complaining to whoever I need to because this was uncalled for and very unprofessional!!!!!"
