"I suffer from severe hypermobility. I was shuffled around between several different therapists and one of them was trying to get me to do stretches even though my chart specifically said I shouldn’t do stretches. Another one did updated measurements on me. He hurt me when he was doing a strength test. I told him he was hurting me but he said he had to be rough to test at which point my muscles break. Afterwards, I was in so much pain to the point I couldn’t turn my head or wash my hair for a week. It’s been two weeks now and my headache still hasn’t gone away and I’ve had a massive increase in my neck popping and creaking whenever I turn my head. When I called to tell them about this, I never heard from them again. Instead, I got a bill from them even though I met my insurances out of pocket maximum…. If you just have a general weakness, then this place should be fine, but if you have any sort of injury or underlying issue, I do not recommend this place. If you suffer from hypermobility, I highly suggest you avoid this place because they will worsen your condition."

Victoria, Sam, Levi, and all the other trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They tailor every training plan and session to the individual’s needs and abilities. Working with them has made a world of difference for my everyday life. The office staff is super warm and welcoming, especially Dawn! I cannot speak highly enough of CORA and every person who works there!"
