"A few months ago I took my son (he is 41) to the clinic as he had been having a migraine for a few days and ran out of his meds. We were told they could not take him as it was 6:45 PM and they close at 7. The receptionist did not even know what was wrong and refused to talk to me, just keep repeating that they close at 7. I asked her if she would turn us away if I had heart attack symptoms and she again said they close at 7. There was only 1 car in the parking lot and no one is the waiting room. I took my son to the ER. I will never go back to the clinic as their attitude and handling of our situation shows they really do not care about patients and health care."
