"Had to bring my cat, Ann, to get a radioactive iodine treatment. Because of the radioactive nature, Ann had to stay at the facility from Monday until Friday. Sierra, the vet tech gave us daily updates and pictures. We missed Ann, but I'm glad IVS had a large and comfy area while Ann was in quarantine."

"I had the worst experience at IVS. The tech had mucus on her shirt and refused to change or cover it up. Dr Corbett gave the wrong advice about food. Cat was no better after treatments. Hard to reach doctor. Disorganized front desk and rude. No empathy for companion animals and their people. Don’t go here."

"I can't say enough about the staff at IVS. Thank you so much for getting Jester in quickly and for being so kind to him while he was there. Everyone spoke to me and Jester like we were important and not just like we were another client. We met with Dr Borde for two heart conditions and he explained everything in detail and said he would be happy to be involved with Jester's continuing care. IVS is mailing a 24-hour Holter monitor to our local vet this week so that Jester doesn't have to make another 4-hour road trip. Dr Borde also offered to meet Jester via a mobile appointment for his next echo. I appreciate this so much. They truly care about the wellbeing of my golden son. Turns out Olivia is much healthier than we first suspected and can be treated rather easily. Her Cardiologist, Dr. Borde and Technician, Sierra were very caring and gentle. Their knowledge, experience and explanation was clear and concise. Questions were encouraged and answered. The staff of receptionists were amazing! They made sure I was where I needed to be while at the facility.
