"I don’t understand why I have to call a thousand times to schedule an appointment. What’s the point of this place being open when they don’t even answer the phone and send it to voicemail. It don’t make no sense. It should not be this hard to schedule an appointment. Get new workers at this point"
"I am always being sent to voicemail. They never want to reschedule appointments but give you a hard time if you miss them and strip you of your benefits till you can finally get them to see you. They are rude and always have a attitude. Called to try to reschedule and asked if they could see me as soon as possible got told to be there the same day i called at 1. Explained i was at work and the employee said thats not as soon as possible under her breath when i asked for a different day. Only plus is the nutritionist and the lactation consultant."
"First and foremost I would like to acknowledge the nutritionist she is kind and very informative I truly appreciate the work that she does as well as Adelia. As for the rest of the staff the ones who see you in the front, they are rude and for me borderline disrespectful. Customer service skills is not something these women have. Who is in charge of hiring these people? They need to reevaluate. I’ve had it with these people and will not be going back."
"I just got off the phone and the lady was EXTREMELY rude to me. I was confused because something in their system is saying I have no benefits and I had to provide more information to them for my newborn. I called to provide that and while explaining it to me was not kind and even said “Jesus!” When I told her I was still confused because I had already came in and they gave me benefits. I will be letting them know tomorrow when I go in because they tried to tell me I couldn’t make an appt before my next one on March 10th."
"Great service! Nutritionist is great and well informative, lactation consultant is great and well informative, and checking in was a breeze! There is one lady i spoke with at the window at the end to discuss about my benefits that was sort of rude, but did not get her name. However, everyone else there besides the rude one is very friendly. No problems so far."
