"This is a factory, elbow to elbow seats in wait room. Unfriendly staff. Clearly overbooking is practiced here , total disregard for patients time and safety. Heaven forbid that a few minutes go unbilled. And if no one complains, they'll squeeze even more ppl in here. Bottom line? Greedy, greedy greedy ."

"My partner has already suffered for many weeks with primary Dr’s office, insurance companies staff and spine specialists staff not doing their job when we find out “miscommunication between this staff” caused her to miss another week of getting her procedure done. I have to question the sympathy these staffs have for someone in severe pain. Oh! we can just schedule for next week we’re told. If they were in this amount of pain I’m sure it would be a different story. I’m having the same issues with my doctors office. Apparently there is no corrective action for not doing your job. But everyone wants to be paid more money."

"First let me say that the nurses were extremely nice...however I had a port put in and it's infected and I have bruises on my neck from oxygen hose I told them it was strangling me also came home sneezing and nose running like crazy and was told that is the #1 complaint and it's just from the oxygen! I have had more surgeries than I would like and never had that side effect! Maybe they should actually clean those OR's before they start the next surgery. I definitely will not be going back to get this removed when it's time to"

"This was my first experience with anything Surgery related and let me tell you, as soon as I walked in I knew it wasn’t going to be a good experience. Not only did I have to wait an hour just to receive my insurance card back, which the lady who was handling that did not give me my ID or insurance card until after I said something. I had to wait in the waiting room for over an hour without anyone telling me that my doctor was running behind. I had to wait for a whole hour and then talk to someone myself before I knew what was going on. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Staff was rude and honestly seemed to care less that they were there. Definitely not a place I will recommend and not a place I will come to again. As I write this review I am sitting in the parking lot waiting yet again another hour just to be called in the back. Because no one informed me that my doctor was running behind. The procedure I received requires me to not drink or eat anything the day before and of the procedure. How are you going to have someone schedule an appointment for 9:45 a.m and not even take them back for their insurance until 10:50 a.m?This is just poor service, if you are under staffed there is no reason to make people wait when you can either reschedule or block time periods to give the staff a break. It’s not fair to make clients wait without telling them anything ESPECIALLY if they can not eat or drink until after their procedure. This is just ridiculous and I hope this review helps someone not waste their time or money or energy on this horrible facility"
