"Very corteous personnel, waiting time was reasonable. Things have changed over time. After two years, they decided to open another office in Parrish, to where Dr. Pedroza was assigned. Being so satisfied with Dr Pedroza's service, I've decided to move to the parrish office. Then hell broke loose. On monday November 6 at 8:22 am, I called VIP in Bradenton, because I needed emergency service, a call center (or whatever) got the call and told me they were on a meeting and wouldn't be able to reply until at least 9:00 am, and if I didn't get a call by that time, I should call them. At 9:44 I called again, and the lady who answered told me in an upset tone that she had my message and was about to answer, she also told me that I was no longer their patient, and she was referring my call to Parrish. I got tired of waiting and went to an Urgent Care facility. Finally at 3:22 pm, I got the call fron Parrish, and told them I was fine, and didn't need their services. Next day, I got a call from Dr Pedroza himself he gave me some advise on how to take the medications prescribed by the Urgent Care. He also told me he would be available whenever I needed. Yesterday, I called Parrish and an unnknown doctor prescribes me some medication and instructed me to se Dr. Pedroza today. I got up early an hired an Uber. Again Dr. Pedroza wasn't there. I was feeling bad, so, mi wife was who entered the office while I waited in the car. Five minutes after we left, I got a call from the employee in Parrish telling me to go to Bradenton, to which I refused because I' ve decided not to set foot on that place again. She told me that the doctor there didn't see me the first time because of insurance conditions, which also permit seein other doctors patients during emergencies. I told her, that having a flu epidemic and still recovering fron the covid pandemic, any respiratory illness is an emergency. They sent the prescription anyway. To Doctor Pedroza, I must say he's the best soldier y a bad army. Very professional and emphatic with his patients."
