"I had an appointment at Brandon Medical Care on October 26,2023. I arrived early and prepared to filled out paperwork. The receptionist (Marie) was very polite & helpful. She was having difficulties verifying my insurance policy. I noticed that she was getting frustrated with the fact insurance Co. Marie was very well composed & helpful while she was trying to answer phones on the other line. After 45 mins of trying to get my ins verified. ( still not cleared) Dr. V agreed to see me whether my insurance was covered or not. Dr. V was very kind and easy to understand and talked to. He’s very caring and genuine. My first impression of him is very positive. I absolutely know that I have found a caring and very good primary care physician.
