"Had an 8:30 appointment (Save your spot reservation as they call it) for a Medical Certificate Physical. Was told the doctor wasn't there and would not be there for another hour. I was fine with that. We are all human run late and have things happen, its life. Once I got back there the doctor (Dr. Davidoff) beside manners were horrible and she was EXRTEMELY rude. Definitely will not be going back. My primary doctor is with Bay Care and the doctors and staff are wonderful."

"I have use urgent care 3 times and prefer them over ER or Dr office anytime! Always caring and understanding about patient needs! Dr. Precious is outstanding and kind caring person! I don’t remember male Dr.s name I saw once , but he also was very good! When someone is ill it’s hard to be patient and sit for hours waiting to be seen! Urgent care is good and respectful of this!"

"Not a good experience at all. Dr. on call was in and out of my room in less than a minute. She never took the time to listen to why I was there. I figured it was my arm she could have listened to what I had to say. Meds were prescribed I was told to follow up with my primary care afterward. I will not go back there again. Very unprofessional."

"I arrived at a very busy time with 14 people ahead of me. The receptionist was friendly, caring and professional. She got me checked in quickly. My wait to see someone was right at 3 hours. Once I was called back Sue, the nurse, took excellent care and concern for problem. Within a few minutes the Nurse Practitioner, Precious, came in and assessed my needs. Sue came to take me for X-rays and shortly after Precious returned to go over the results and treatment options. I would highly recommend this facility for your urgent health care needs. The folks are amazing, concerned and professional."

"Been here once for myself & twice for my 5 year old. Every time we have gone, everyone was so nice. They seemed to know what they are doing. This past time I went I had seen a different doctor a few days before hand. The one here gave me other scripts & a higher 1 then the previous doctor did & I can't thank her enough because it helped so much. Also always seems very clean specially the bathrooms (though we always went first thing in the morning) only down fall I've noticed is the wait time always seems very lengthy compared to some others I've been to. But the staff is amazing so it makes up for it. Definitely recommend."
