"I've been there a few times now. The waiting area is clean. The staff is friendly. The Food Channel is on the TV with sound. Free snacks and bottle water. The staff is friendly, again. Took my daughter for severe flu and son for high school physical. I would recommend Concentra Urgent Care."

"Went in for a random drug test and was treated like a criminal! The moment I sat to pee they would walk up and observe and told me “ they have to see the urine come out your body “ it was so uncomfortable I changed my mind . So they gave me the option for a hair sample instead. I was informed they could shave hair from my arm, that was not the case. And a lady came in and took a big chunk from my head and when I told her that it was a lot of hair , she said I would be fine . Mind you it was the same lady that made me feel so uncomfortable to pee in a cup . But the staff at the front desk were amazing."

"The experience was made uncomfortable about by the registration initially online I suppose it might benefit when a driver, which I’m not comes in more often for a drug test second during before the drug test I met with the clinician or the person taking the test or giving the test me empty my pockets contain my wallet and my new phone. I just paid quite a lot of money before and just put it up in a in a cabinet. I mean maybe a security upgrade is is something you should think about because I did not feel comfortable just setting my stuff inside a cabinet door while I went to another room I felt Even more uncomfortable after that things went down or uphill. It was really easy, smooth and maybe maybe some results would be nice."

"Absolutely the best Concentra I’ve ever been to. Great clean facility with a large lobby with space so you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. The wait times are NOT long at all. The clinic staff is amazing, especially Miranda. She’s a delight to have to and has amazing bedside manner. Truly cares how you’re doing and feeling at the time she brings you in! Great job by everyone there. While I hope to not have to frequent any urgent care, this would be the one I’d be going to!"

"Concentra is normally very good. However, I can't say that for my last visit. I went there to get my TB results read, which only takes approximately 5 to 10 seconds at most. The front desk person was great, as she got me to the back within 30 seconds. Unfortunately, I witnessed her call for someone to come read my TB results over a course of 30 minutes with no luck. That's when I poked my head around the corner to the back and asked someone to please read my results so that I could leave and head to work. I understand that these places can get busy, however I feel that there needs to be a better protocol for reading TB results so that you're not waiting for a half hour to have something done that only takes 10 seconds."
