"Only issue is appointments being rescheduled or only being available during inconvenient times. Staff is open and friendly but they really need to work on improving the scheduling problem."

"At first, we liked this place. The people at the front desk have always been very nice. Especially the one when I talk to you today when I was checking in my son. The problem lies in the back rooms. We waited 45 minutes to be seen and by then, I was ready to go took myself and my son and we walked out. The doctor just so happen to be there on his computer and I let him know that we were leaving and not coming back. He told me that it takes an hour To be seen, and I told him that that is disrespectful to his patients’ time. If you make an appointment for 930 it’s OK to wait 15 to 20 minutes I got it. But expecting to wait an hour is a complete waste of time. I get it we all have lives, but booking something at 9:30 means you expect to be seen close to that time not an hour later. We will not be using this facility or doctor again."
