"I honestly do not remember why but in 2011 this person apparently disengaged me not only from seeing him again but now excluding me from being helped by anyone associated with this group. I had scheduled an appointment a week or so ago and did not remember Mr. Ramos at all. I scheduled with a Mr. Jenkins and was not declined at the time. Today, the day of the appointment, I received a phone message to the affect that the appointment was cancelled but I could call and find out why. I called several times but their phone system was having trouble so I called the state listing for Advanced Urology and spoke with a very pleasant person who contacted the local office for me. The local office representative called me back soon after and told me my appointment was good and I should be there at 2:15 pm, which I was. I spent about 1/3 hour with forms on a tablet and on papers, then I was called to a side area behind a door and told that I had been disengaged by Mr. Ramos in 2011 and the other medical people had signed off on it too. The person told me she will ask if they will reconsider. I hope they do. I gave the rating of 1 because 0 was not an option. Whatever I supposedly did it would be good to consider that we are to love others as ourselves. Love our enemies even. Forgive. And what does the Hippocratic oath mean?"

"Dr Ramos and his staff , well it's hard to put them in a category. They are kind and understanding of what you are going through at the moment and they won't stop until they know what is happening. I had a problem that was not urological but Dr Ramos had a ct scan ordered to find out the problem anyway. Turns out it was diverticulitis and referred me to a doctor who could help but prescribed the meds to control my problem. I am very pleased with Dr Ramos and his staff for the care and concern they all show to their patients."
