"I would leave zero but it's not possible. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for lower back and leg pain. The Nurse Practitioner ordered an MRI and physical therapy. I scheduled the MRI for the following Wednesday as for the Physical Therapy. I called everyday for two weeks and they never called me back. Since the baycare online account doesn't validate me, I cannot get my info online, I have to go in for everything. So I got my MRI results myself. There was no follow up with a diagnosis or next steps. So I asked to speak with the nurse practitioner that ordered them for two straight days since the pain has become unbearable and he never called me back. Bay care like an attempt store or a spectrum store, just a bunch of hourly employees that don't care at all."

"Came with my kids for the first time. The nurse was very rude and unprofessional, The doctor kept writing stuff didn’t look at me or the kids in the eyes . He tried to examine my kid in a very aggressive way without talking or saying a word to him! I asked him who give the vaccine to my baby he looked at me in a rude way said “I didn’t go to school to give vaccines “. The nurse came after to give the vaccine she was so unprofessional she gave him the vaccine in a hurry half of it went out! I asked her if that’s okay! She said it’s fine and kept giving him the rest in a aggressive way I had to stop her, saw my baby having a hard time to breathe! Don’t take your kids there ! Very bad experience"
