"I interacted with 5 different staff members and they were all so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was extremely helpful and didn’t rush me. Plus they’re cheaper than most urgent cares I have been to but offer excellent services."

"Litisa Lynch was my nurse practitioner and she was fantastic. Personable, friendly, and she listened! She got me what I needed quickly to get me better! The visit was prompt but not rushed. They had me in and out in less than an hour. Very impressed. I will definitely be back if I need them!"

"Registration took forever, they could not figure out how to do my insurance. The nurse was very slow and wrote down my medical information on a paper towel. Only 2 other people in waiting room with me, but was there 2.5 hours. Could have done my Covid and flu swabs right away and then got all my med history while they processed, but did not. The doctor was very kind and helpful. Got me everything I needed and had me out the door once I was able to see her. Don’t think I’ll be going back. Always used this urgent care when it was Med Express."

"Brought my 2 year old here because she developed ulcers inside and around her mouth and was constantly crying out in pain. Waited 2 hours for the doctor to look at her for about 12 seconds and say she’s fine give her Tylenol (like I hadn’t tried that). He didn’t even open her mouth to look just had me pull her lip down. Took her to a doctor in st Pete and found out she has ulcers all in back of her throat and got prescribed pain medicine."

"Do not go here. I went in with a question of how much I would be charged to test for a uti. They will not give you an answer. Therefore, gives you no choice but use them. I was charged 250 dollars without my permission or the knowledge that it was going to happen! (And this took place right after I paid my mortgage. And did not have $250 to cover their charge that I didn't even know was coming two weeks after the visit.) When I called, the girl told me they sent me an email. I check my email regularly. I didn't see any email about some 250.oo upcoming charge! She told me "maybe it went to my spam box." They don't tell you any of this when you go, s you're not prepared for it financially. And there was nothing in my spam box!!!! Who is going to sit there every day and check their spam box to see if there's gonna be a charge from a uti test? I would have been better off going to the cvs minute clinic. Please just stop giving this place your business, so that they have no choice but to either change their practices, or shut down. By the way, I waited 2.5 hours just to be tested for a uti."
